Save yourself the trouble... Not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I've been here 4 separate times on different occasions and each time has been bad. Cold food, long wait times, and idk how this is possible, but somehow more expensive? Like, I tried to order ahead online and the total was like $11 and since you can't order online here (which also isn't ideal) when I paid in person, it was $15...? Idk how that works but whatever... Just avoid this place lol

SLOW….. very S.L.OW….. 🐢….. Staff doesn’t know what is on the menu… needed the app to tell them what is on their menu and to order in the store… Toke them ages to complete our order This is a SlowFood restaurant, no service and outdated.

Worst experience ever. Food we ordered took so long and service was terrible. While we were sitting waiting on our food employees were cursing and complaining about doing there job. Never will eat there again.

If you plan to order online, think twice. We were given a pickup time just after 6:00 p.m. Went to the restaurant and parked in the designated spot. Waited until almost 6:20 p.m., then called to let them know we were there to pick up our order. Phone rang over a minute when someone lifted the receiver and immediately hung it up. So I went to the door. Dining room closed at 5:00 p.m. By this time the line in the drive thru was over twelve vehicles long, we were number 13. It was almost an hour total by the time we got our order. After I explained, they said they would mention it to the district manager. I suggested having a notation on their online website.
