Only BK I will eat at and manager James is so polite, talks w his customers, down to earth and always smiling. Like I said, the ONLY one I eat at. The rest of his crew is just as great. Can not ask for a cleaner restaurant with a crew like his to help u make it ur way.

Absolutely terrible place to eat. Management is rude and aggressive toward other employees, fighting in front of customers. Very unprofessional behavior. Do not recommend

Incredibly rude workers and the service here is terrible. They consistently get my order wrong or have other issues such as the broiler being down and not being able to make burgers. Just today I politely asked how to get a refund through the app since I couldn’t get the burgers that I had ordered and the cashier went on a rant about how that has nothing to do with them and how “just because it has our name on it doesn’t mean it’s ours” and told me that any refunds have to be done through the app. I’m fine with that, but the way she said it was incredibly rude and aggressive when all I did was ask a simple question. Just informing me that the refund is done through the app would have sufficed, there was no reason to aggressively rant at me like that. And this is, again, not the first time I’ve had trouble here. I once had to wait almost 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito in the morning, and when it was given to me it was cold and the ingredients were on the outside of the burrito. I’ve also gotten multiple orders with missing items in the past… This Burger King is known for it’s incompetence, that’s why no one ever goes here, and I seriously recommend that you never go here. Just go to McDonalds, or if you seriously want BK, drive across town for it. This BK is simply atrocious.
