Very good place to live has new owners and manager is nice and they are making improvements to the park it's a over All good place to be plus close to shopping and the alpaca farm is a nice view

We live here. Unlike the previous years it's now a very quiet and peaceful place. There is a Alpaca farm next door. Great neighbors. Safeway on Hwy 101 is only ½ mile away. Has laundry and bathroom facilities. Office staff and owners are good people.

For sale
Not sure why anyone would want to live in that drug infested place.
There are so many nice places to stay.. This is NOT one of them. I was told rent is 400. Electric is 31 base fee plus your usage. The showers and laundry room are nasty dirty. And you can usually hear the drug addict residents yelling all night.
