I just got off the phone with a male and I was politely asking about spaces and he cut me off, said they were full, and hung up on me. He was abrupt and rude.

If you are applying for extended stay do not hold your breath. They will take your money for application ($80 - the only place in town that charges that) and never call you back. After YOU follow up with them, they will blow you off. The place looks decent only the first few spots in....the rest is dirty and trashy.

Hello, we have a 20ft trailer & truck (40ft total). How much is a monthly site for full hookups & does it include electricity? If not, what is the separate charge for 30 amp? Do you also have showers (not coin operated)? This would be September.

The showers are coin-operated. And electricity is separate from space rent but very cheap. Mine averaged $7/month using propane for heating.

I don't know who owns Monroe Estates. I know rent payments are made out to: Park Operator, LLC in Sequim.
