So nice to have some good customer service for a change! These polite teenagers working tonight helped me carry my pizza to my car bc I had my 1.5yr old in my hands. I didn’t even have to ask, they offered! I was bummed they didn’t know about the classic round cheese bread but I’m assuming that’s because it’s not on the menu and usually you can request it. I’m hoping you guys will add it back eventually🤞🏻 I don’t really like the new cheese bread and other locations will make the classic if requested but the people working have never heard of it so I’m assuming that’s why they couldn’t make it. Not a big deal but hopefully you guys will bring it back!

Tonight we ordered 3 pizza's, one was a very different one which I examined twice, get to the store the different one was made wrong and when we explained the girl working angrily threw it in the trash and proceeded to not make it right again. Had to explain again. We had also ordered a papa's perfict and when we got home realized it was not even close. Covered in vegys, pepronni and sausage instead of half Hawaiian and half pepronni. Service was terrible and we will be calling the manager in the morning

I stopped in yesterday to order a pizza. I was informed they were only taking telephone orders. I asked, "Do you want me to go home and call in an order and come back?" and I was told, "yes." As I was leaving, I asked, "Is that the best you can do for a walk-in customer who did not know they should call first?" I was then informed I could place an order but I would have to wait 10-15 minutes until they completed their phone orders first. I think that would have been a fair request except that nobody was there to pick up an order and it was after the lunch rush. This store not only lost my business on that day but I won't be taking by business there in the future. If you are going to change processes, you need to figure out a better way to inform your customers and to deal with customers who were not in the loop.

This store is one of the best take and bake restaurants pizza places. The only thing is their crust doesn’t come up as flavorful and crispy as other places.
