Super impersonal, younger-lady asked me what she can get me (oil change, so needed a fliter&oil) tell her my year,make model of car and she walks away to finish something else?? Then comes back 30seconds later, says the wrong year back to me of my car. Looks up the filter and then just walks away to get it? Isnt there options/tiers of filters? Like, try to upsell me, jeeeez. Then during payment I got my recipet and credit card back then she walked away... are we done? Goodbye? Have a good day or something?
