All-State sent us here after our car was crushed and at the beginning of the Wildfire evacuation; only the manager remained (all-other employees evaluated) the service was fast and easy, he had us in a vehicle and on our way in 10min. Located behind Suburban Chevrolet.

We rented a car during the Oregon wildfires, because our car was squished flat by a huge tree in the Labor Day windstorm, just as we lost power for 6 days. Needless to say, we did not need more stress, and I am so appreciative that the manager at this facility made it so easy get a vehicle...which we later needed, and used, for a temporary evacuation! Sheesh. We rented the vehicle in 10 minutes flat while his staff rushed home to evacuate their own houses. Many thanks for rising to meet the circumstances.

I normally only write good reviews but i feel like this was relevant enough to customer service to warrant a review. I recently rented a car from this location. When I travel I always use Enterprise as the rates and service are nearly always great. Even this time the experience was mostly good. But I'll paraphrase below: I rented a car for an out of town trip. I got there and the car was being cleaned so it was a very short wait. Upon inspection the car looked fine. It was wet so you wouldn't be able to see any scratches. After I drove away I realized that the insurance was added by accident(I said no but I didn't bother to check the price). I alway use my travel credit card's insurance instead of Enterprises which doubled the cost of the rental. I drove two blocks, parked and double checked my email to be sure. When I went back to explain I didn't want the Enterprise insurance(damage waiver) the girl did another walk around on the car as I pointed out there were now visible scratches on since the car had dried. I explained I wanted to make sure they were documented since I was taking the insurance off so I didn't get held responsible. She then told me that she didn't notice the scratches when she was getting the car ready for me and that "a lot can happen in two blocks" and "you'd be surprised what people do" The accusatory tone caught me a bit off guard since I was trying to take the insurance off, not put it on. Long story short she went back and saw the scratches were already noted in their system and took the insurance off. But the attitude about it left a really bad taste in my mouth to the point where I probably won't use that location again. I will say, on return I dealt with Blake and he was fantastic.
