They closed the lobby for the day on a Saturday and posted a sign on the front door saying it was due to “the staffing shortage“. I’ve been waiting in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes and there are still multiple cars ahead of me. Here is a novel idea: PAY YOUR WORKERS BETTER, and you won’t have a problem with staffing!

Showed up at 11am for dine-in. Worker rolls her eyes as she unlocks the door and says we have to order on the kiosk if we still want to go inside. We do, along with another couple. The kiosk wouldn't accept any form of payment. Went up to ask for assistance and the worker says go through the drive through. What? Won't go back.

The line here is always wide open compared to taco bell...I always think this is because they are fast, but I believe nobody goes there. Today was the second time in a row that I only received my fries and no burger with my meal I just paid $13 for....after complaining to the manager they want me to come back to get my meal. $4 a gallon gas and a 30 minute trip back and forth aint worth the time beezy

Not a great experience they couldn't get the order correct and when I got my food it was i not edible. I had ordered a southwestern salad the lettuce was limp turning brown the avocado was brown and bitter and the tomatoes were awful.in fact it look like the end of the tomato that you cut off and throw away before you make nice slices it was more like scraps than real tomato.
