This is honestly so disappointing. I've been ordering from this panda express for awhile now. I've never really had any issues til today. Half of my chicken was hard, the rice was between hard and or cold. The box came in a mess, the sides had rice all over it, it was wet. Then, I found a hair in my rice. This is overall probably the worst experience I've had at this panda express, but it has only happened once to me so I'm not gonna rate too low, it may have just been a bad or busy day, but nonetheless this was pretty disappointing.

This had to be the literal cleanest Panda location I’ve ever seen. Food was very fresh and everything was stocked. Customer service didn’t miss a beat and was happy to serve us

WHY! me and my friend were in a horrible mood so we decided to go to panda express bc their food is bomb af and we really wanted fortune cookies. but no! we received no fortune cookies! never returning i am so furious!

My husband is a truck driver and it’s hard for truck drivers to stop anywhere to get food, use a restroom or anything else. Today, no mask mandates, no Covid & he still can’t get food. He tried to go to panda, doors were unlocked, he walked in & was told he couldn’t be served inside. All the while he’s standing right there. He said I’m driving a semi truck. She then said you can walk through the drive through. Excuse me!!?! I’m literally standing inside, right now! They wouldn’t serve him so he left. He tried Burger King, their lobby isn’t even open. Only drive through. So he was finally able to get a sandwich from subway. It’s not rocket science, you take his order from the counter, ring it up through the drive through & give him his food. Walk him to the door & lock your door if your not going to serve customers inside. Why aren’t you serving inside?? He’s literally inside at that moment. Why would he walk outside and walk between cars in the drive through when he’s inside already?? Horrible customer service!!
