I made the appointment on line & gave me 2 choices : Lora or Samantha . I chose Samantha due to so many great reviews. The day of the appointment I was called & asked if I could come 6 PM instead because the esthetician had car issues. We agreed to reschedule for next day At 4 PM . Next day she called Me & said there is an appointment available earlier than 4 & we agreed for 12:30 Pm . When I went there the person who open the door did not say hello ,how are you , etc… just said ,,have a seat “ . Few minutes after she called me in & told me to undress & lay on the table . No introduction, nothing . She came back & a good 10 minutes after total silence I said ,, Hi , my name is Felicia , you are Lora , right?” Her answer was very curt ,, I am Samantha !”Definitely not the person I made the appointment with. The facial was just some cream & mask . Few areas I told her to address were not completely addressed . She just went thru the routine , not interested in the quality . She made sure to offer ,,a customized mask “!!! For $35 , which I declined . This was such a waste of money & I am so sorry I tipped her $20 , I did not realized the few extractions I needed were not fully addressed . When I came home & looked in the mirror I could not believe it. Later I texted the person who made the appointment & asked why was I not informed she changed the esthetician? She said she did not think that it mattered since it was my first appointment . The appointment clearly said it was for Lora I mentioned the substandard facial & she said I could come back & Lora would do it properly or stop by to get my tip back! I told her it was not about the money , it was about respecting the customer & do quality service . I will never go back there . So , if you buy the Groupon, do not book with Samantha .

I’m very disappointed and sad, my micro needling ended up like this, then I went the owner who said she would help the situation, not only was the results horrible the cream she gave me made it worse. I now have to go to a dermatologist, who informed me to never go back.. I trusted Laura and Samantha..I thought they knew what they were doing 🙁

I have been going to Privileged for several years. This is the best experience I have had in all my life. Starting with a warm greeting, punctuality and wonderful facials. All this for a really good price. I have received suggestions about how to take care of my skin and never ones felt pressured into buying any product I don't want or can't afford. Can't wait for my next appointment.
