Customer service wasn’t too bad. But my package was supposed to be delivered late in the afternoon and it came at 2:30 when no one was home. If the estimated time was close I wouldn’t be mad. And on top of that if I want to pick it up myself I’ll have to pay a fee after I’ve already paid 50+ for shipping. Literally ruined my day after seeing that.

I would put a 0 if I can!! My package never came on the day it say that it was attempted I know because I waited all day for it. Then I got a notice going nearest access point well nearest access point is 4 mins away from where I live. But it didn’t go there I have wait next day. Next day it say delivery attempted, which is a lie. And now it is going be deliver to nearest point again by end of the day !! What I don’t get nearest access point is 4 mins away why I have wait end of the day. Customer service no help keep saying someone will call you no one did. I’m going cycle. At this point, just go delivered to access point like it say it will why attempt /claim to deliver it to my address ? I feel like I’m starting all over. This system not okay !! Call center doesn’t even same local. There were no notification or note saying redelivered !!! 😡😡😡😡 I’m very upset !!!

I have had 3 deliveries to be delivered per web and text follow delivery on my phone. There was been no snow and only light rain no reason for delays. I watch the little delivery stay in the same area day to night and start the same route again. I understand they may be buzzy but the driver could at least start the next day where they left off the day before. And calling customer support does nothing to help they just look at the same thing you see if you look it up yourself. ( next business day) This company just tells you what you want to hear. AND AGAIN NOTHING this delivery is from T-mobile and Amazon :-(

I sent a package to the Tacoma area, and the package has shown out for delivery for three days now. Each day, including today, it is rescheduled due to "weather conditions", except there are no weather conditions in Tacoma right now. The roads are clear. I wasn't surprised with the delay on the first day due to the holiday last Friday, but it's now going to be at least four days that it has sat in Tacoma. I finally contacted a rep on the 800 number and found out that due to the large amount of complaints about this office, an inquiry had been sent to the station management as to the delays. As of tonight UPS themselves have had no response to the inquiry. Basically UPS doesn't know what's wrong with their own facility. I'm sure I'll get some moronic response from the response bot, but here's an idea: How about you hire me to come see about straightening the place out? I work pretty cheap, and I have some experience in this business. I'm pretty sure you could fire nearly everyone there (there's got to at least be a couple of good employees), and it wouldn't make much difference. Clear the place out and start from scratch especially with the management that has allowed it to get this bad. It's not like they are delivering the packages anyway. How much more business are you willing to lose before you act on the complaints? You've lost mine at least with anything going to this area.

Has this package been delivered yet? It may possibly be in willcall or you can asked that it be placed in willcall so that you can pick it up immediately in person. That being said, I agree fully with the first reply. Ups got you covered if you reach out to them!
keep checking back then. I was just hired as a package handler. I went thru all of the steps, up until I was supossed to schedule my 1st day...but the site said there were no available times. so I waited for a week, And eventually they emailed me with a link to svelte my 1st day.. which is today. so my advice is to keep checking back on the website. if there aren't any positions open, there will be soon. good luck.
