This location has gone downhill. The reason I joined was that it was a 24-hour operation. I work two jobs and go to school. The only time I was able to go to the gym was in the late hours. They called us who go late-night stragglers. Which is extremely disrespectful to me. When I called the corporate office to complain they had someone from the store location call me. Where the manager was rude and continued to talk over me and said it is what it is. This "I don't care what the paying customer thinks" attitude is beyond disrespectful. On top of raising rates to where everyone is on a premium membership, they changed their hours. So what am I paying for, No discount for hour change, no reconsideration for those who only went late at night? I have gone to the gym once in two months for this reason. Whenever someone complains to me about Lifetime (which happens a lot because I have been around since the club's opening) from now on I will urge them to write a bad review because it seems to me like no one cares until it affects the business. If I could leave no stars I would! Braham IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

We visited the Life Time Coral Gables this past few days and were impressed with the great front desk staff. Here is shout out to Yesenia, Laura and Sam! There was a personal trainer named Eric that welcomed us and treated us very kindly as well. Thank you all!
