Overall location is great and thats about it. For this being a Marriott you would think they would try to ensure service can meet those standards but big fail. I am curently here since Wednesday and customer service (front desk) horrible you might as well put a computer to self service. They advertise pool that this hotel has a pool etc. well its been close and still close and been extra hot out. So the only good thing about this hotel is its location and lobby. The rooms are horrible designed like i have never seen a hotel room with no space to put clothing or hang anything like suits etc. Lol. Like literally this place is a mess. Lastly Aloft isn't a cheap hotel so i am truly surprised for the area and brand how bad overall this hotel and stay is going and has been. Never again.
