UNSATISFACTORY! ATROCIOUS! Please do not give this hotel your time or money until they have corrected these following problems. There was only one entry from hotel to multiple floor parking garage. Do not get locked out like I was. After knocking for a long time, I gave up and looked for another way in. Tried two different stairways. One would not let you into hotel or anywhere else and another have locked doors to other floors except alleyway. Had to make my way from alley, around the building toward the front of hotel. Lock on the only door to parking garage should be key access only; this lock should not accessible to the whims of anyone walking by. Secondly, staff working on any floors occupied by customers need to be aware of their noise level and content of their conversation. Thirdly, after notifying the front desk of the many concerns and giving some suggestions to mitigate the problems, the young and had the gall to say to my husband, "happy wife, happy life". What if I was a man, or a single woman? Would he have made the same comment? Fourthly, there will be a of $20 self-parking charge this is not advertised. This seem minor compared to the first three. Good luck with this hotel.
