Love this little small Kaiser location. They are so friendly and helpful. All the employees are welcoming and respectful. We are always seen on time and don't wait too long for the pharmacy. My family and I like this location a lot. Definitely recommend coming here if your looking for quality care.

I had an appointment with a doctor at 10:40. They asked me to come 15 minutes early so the nurses can do their usual check up things before I see the doctor. I came at 10:00am just to make sure there was no delay. I see another lady come in at about 10:20 saying she has an appointment with the same Dr I am waiting to see and takes a seat in the waiting room. A nurse comes out at 10:25 telling me I will have to wait because there are no more rooms available but then proceeds to bring the lady that just arrived in. Where did she go if there are no rooms first of all? They then call me back in at 10:45 and tell me that all the rooms are still full. There is no room for me and that there is another patient in front of me!! I am so disappointed in this service! That lady was probably late. They should have let me see her before the late person.

Tissa the nurse is rude!!! Wouldn’t give me her last name or employee number! Thought she could talk to me however she wanted.

Wow....Im not the usual person that writes reviews but holy moly what an experience with appointments today. First called to make a simple check up over some pain. Put on hold, disconnected. Called back again was put on hold and got a call back wait time. I get a hold of someone (I understood there was a back up of calls) who after I told them of my problem, silence, no explanation of what would happen next or what process would take place. I was put on hold again. I could hear people in the background yukking it up but still no answer....its boring but this went on for about 20 minutes ( I had to aske a couple of times if anyone was even there on the phone) then "sorry sir we have no appointments on the schedule...we will call you in the near future" Ive made lots of calls, to lots of businesses over the years but this one felt vacant.
