There was a construction on the floor. The construction crew started banging on the wall next door and and ripping off the carpets in the hallway outside the door on Sunday morning at 8:00am!! You don’t pay $180 a night for a hotel to be rudely awaken on a Sunday morning. The manager was evasive and unhelpful, no other managers were available to talk to because they were probably sleeping in on a Sunday morning. . That’s not the way to treat your customers. The money wasn’t refunded.

Positive: Bed was nice, bathroom was clean. I had an early morning flight and they have no airport shuttle. The windows were old and I could hear street noise easily. Negative: Asked for my card for incidentals, as per usual. Charged me for the room again on my card, I had to call to get it corrected and was told it would be refunded ¿eventually¿. Called my room late night to ask me to come back downstairs and run my card
