I had a package in route to me and it was received at the Tacoma UPS hub on 02/23/2022 & is still there on 02/28 I cannot get any explanation why it I s still ther for 5 days & cannot get an expected delivery date. Is this normal?

Has this package been delivered yet? It may possibly be in willcall or you can asked that it be placed in willcall so that you can pick it up immediately in person. That being said, I agree fully with the first reply. Ups got you covered if you reach out to them!

Some things get lost in our big hub and some boxes open up also with the contents sometimes come out and go on the belts. They are good at finding the right products to get to the right people. It might take some time but they are good at getting the product to you. They are a great hub and the service is great just try to be patient, they will fix it.
