Don’t put your loved ones here! The owner has no clue what she is doing! When my wife started working here, they had no crash cart! They just rehired a nurse that was fired for being physically and mentally abusive to residents! Peggy Dearth only cares about money!

My sister was there for rehabilitation after a major surgery. She had an ileos.tomy bag that needed constant attention. It was leaking as soon as we arrived there. We waited 2 hours for someone to come to her room to clean her up . She had feces all over an even in her incision. Then the had no clue how to take care of the bag or even change it. Three days later I had her transported back to the ER, admitted with internal and external infection. Kidney counts high, INR high. Bladder infection. Never again
