My mom just got there Friday and they were NOT prepared. In the first 24 hours, she had NO meds, no walker, someone eventually got her a wheelchair that doesn't lock in place, she had NO ice in her ice pack and had bad food. (Corn pudding and dry pork loin; lunch) (Frozen salad; dinner) There was no housekeeping staff available after 1 pm. I'm looking forward to that amazing care everyone talked about when we made the decision to send her there. She does like her physical therapy team but that has been the only plus thus far. I will post updates again soon. Promised I'd update. Gave it another couple days and needless to say, still one star. It's been another day of minimal care, the food is inedible and she's been living on the snack stash my siblings and myself supplied. Therapy team is still amazing (4 stars) but the rest is NOT worth the hype. Promedica of Kettering did great with my father in law so maybe the Beavercreek team needs to take notes.

Staff was kind courteous. Rehab folks were especially good. Tara nurse excellent compassionate. I have missed all the names I should mention. If you have to be in facility this is the place to be.

ProMedica of Beavercreek has been there for my Mom on several different occasions for rehabilitation following hospital stays. They've always tried to accommodate her needs. Tracy, their admissions coordinator, is absolutely wonderful and always so helpful and caring. The OT and PT have been great. ProMedica is a good choice for rehabilitation needs and specialized care.
