I was denied an application, because the office manager Ava Turner is prejudice. In her exact words she’s “the only employee that works here”. She had me stand outside her office while she finished a personal phone conversation, just to tell me that I didn’t make enough when she didn’t check my stubs to begin with.

Had to find a place to live very quickly due to a bad living situation and on top of that the pandemic was going on, needless to say it was stressful as hell. Lucky for me a great person like Eva works here! She is wonderful! I've had my share of landlords and let me tell ya.. they can be really...difficult people... lol. But Eva is the total opposite. I've lived here since November and she has been so kind and helpful to me and my wife. I texted her about the ice out front our entrance and they were out there not 5 minuets later salting EVERYTHING DOWN. If you move here, atleast know coming in that the office personnel (and not just Eva even though she is so great) really seem to be about helping people. Curt and Kaitlyn have also been very kind and a pleasure to talk to.

I’ve been here since 2018 and I still love it here. There’s plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is superb. Our apartment (like any apartment duh) has had its few and far share of issues and those same issues were IMMEDIATELY addressed. Eva and her maintenance man CARE and you can feel it! I feel completely safe and sound here. I’ve recommended this apartment complex to many people and I will continue to recommend in the future!! ❤️
