I give Dr Ansari’s office a 0 star review because I always have to wait over an hour to see the doctor or to get test results. I was there on 8/25/22 from 9am until 10am just for one of the nurse to come and tell me there is no one to see me. I also asked to see the doctor but the front desk person is telling me that she is with a patient she cannot see me she will call. I waited over 2 hours to not been seen by anyone. Every time I go there, there’s an issue.

This place is okay. The people at the front seem like they dont exactly know what is happening, and are always super behind and don’t know how to work together. Waited for 30 minutes before they even realized that I had not been given the COVID form and finally got me in the rotation. One woman had an appointment 45 minutes before me, and after I had been sitting here for an hr, they finally took her in to a room. Wish that the doctors ideas for care transferred over to her front staff. The assistants however are fantastic and super sweet when taking vitals.

Dr. Ansari is the ABSOLUTE HIGHEST STANDARD of medical care you will ever receive. SHE is a leading example of what other health care professionals should strive to be for their patients and the community they serve. I have never met a doctor (or human being in general) who is so authentically kind, caring, genuine, thorough, courteous, pleasant, I could go on for days! From the bottom of my heart, I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend Dr. Ansari. Her staff is very professional and communicates so efficiently with both myself and the doctor. I never wait for my appointment time, any time that I’ve called and left a message with the front desk it’s always been addressed by the end of the day. I could tell from my first appointment that Dr. Ansari was no ordinary physician and I was not just another patient file. I have been treated like family at her practice. She is the 8th World Wonder. She has substantially improved my life in a short period of time and I have no doubt that she will continue to do so.
