Horrible company and customer service. They deny everything even with all the proper paperwork. The worst and most greedy insurance company ever. Filed a complaint with the department of insurance and will be moving to a different insurance company in open enrollment.

Can't wait to switch to another company, and it will be soon, very soon. Every time I call I run through this absolute hideous phone system, if I get a person on the phone it is a hit and miss if they even know what they are doing. I have now called 3 times for a replacement card, different answer every time I call, and some of these answers are simply lies. Ane so far still no replacement card.
