Im aware you will provide tranportation to and from appointments. My question is do you provide car seats or do i bring my own? Thanks,Amy

CareSource offers up to 15 round trip, or 30 one-way trips to medical appointments, WIC, and CDJFS appointments. CareSource is also obligated to provide transportation to and from providers which are 30 or more miles (one way). Not all transportation providers have car seats readily available, as they are taxis, and Lyft drivers. It's helpful if you have your own.
