first of all if you need your brows done definitely book aleeta. i’ve been coming to aleeta a few times now and she just does a perfect job. she cleans up enough where my eyebrows aren’t thin and they are shaped evenly and alike. i love her energy her customer service is really up there. i rather go to her and pay more because my outcome is what i’m looking for then paying $5 somewhere else and there’s a 50/50 chance i will have to spend months trying to grow them out again. now, my next review is for nadita. i’ve been going to nadita about almost 2 years for my hair. nadita is so pleasant so sweet she does really good work everytime i book with her. i really respect her as a stylist because she definitely loves her job and you can tell by the way she takes care of you and your hair. today, i booked an appt with her for my sisters bday. nadita and miosoty really went above and beyond for my sisters hair today and i can’t stress that enough. i really respect them for how they treated her. my sister is ina wheelchair and they made her feel like everyone else, treated her with kindness and her hair is beautiful. please check these 3 ladies out. may god bless them.

Worse. They suppose to close at 8pm but they lock the door at 7:30 pm. They are very rude. Never going back there again

Today my mother & I visited this location and from the time we walked in this woman carrying an empty basket kept following us. At first I didn't understand but then realized she was an employee of the store (Security). As she stood over our shoulder throughout the store we didn't see that she was following others around. I've visited this store before and never experienced this and was so embassrassed and frustrated because everyone doesn't steel. This woman continueously made us feel like we were criminals. After sometime, my mother just wanted us to leave. So I still made our purchases and I felt like I needed to bring this to the Manager's attention. She said she was going to speak with the employee but I just didn't feel like her answer was enough at that time. I was done! There has been times that I have spent $100/200 or more in this store, as of today, I spent $90 and problably would have spent more. I tell you this was so wrong on so many levels. I even looked up other reviews and to see that someone else had this same experience. How many others are victims of this and maybe didn't report/share about it???? If this is how some people will be treated, then please, do us a favor and don't put stores like this in our communities! I can't say I will be returning to ULTRA BEAUTY!
