Horrible experience. Had a scheduled appointment to which I wasn’t seen at all. Had to ask about when I was going to be seen after an hour after my scheduled appointment, was told they would be taking me back soon. When I was finally taken back and still wasn’t seen by the dentist. Asked the dental assistant with the eyebrow piercing where and how long it would be until I would be seen and she rudely told me she didn’t know how long it would take for the “dentist” to come and that he was in the back. Never came back and after 20 more minutes after being seated for about 30 minutes, I couldn’t wait all day; had other things to do. When I went to tell the front desk, she tried to locate the manager which was nowhere to be found. I’m Suppose to be a new patient and if they treat their new patients like this I would steer very clear from this place. Oh and to top it off while waiting I seen many things that weren’t up to regulations, like the receptionist calling patients on speakerphone to confirm appointments and dental assistants touching their hair and clothing and not changing their gloves. I witnessed all these horrible activities while waiting over an hour past my scheduled time that I had to leave my job for. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

I brought my mother, who was afraid of going to the dentist because of previous bad experience, resulting in long neglected dental work. The attention and professional treatment she received made her day. The front desk personnel were friendly and the paperwork process was fast. After a short wait the nurse who took x-rays was very nice and professional. Dr. Esma was very careful and spent a long time with us explaining the details of the proposed treatment. Highly recommend this office.
