Never do business with these crooks. They were unable to locate the funds for my daughters and my personal savings account. No communication or phone calls/emails regarding what was going on with our accounts. Horrible credit union. Stay away.

They clearly are charging for check deposit images because they need the money. Some of the staff are kind, but not helpful. Also wanted to charge me for looking for the deposit images after THEIR URL for the images expired from a few months ago. Wow!

Fees everywhere! Rates were good at first, but then they charged me for every piece of mail they sent me! Their response, should have read they 100 page document you signed. Totally unethical company. Also, tried to pay off my loan and they said cool, but there’s added fees for you to do that. They hide their fees literally everywhere. I asked who can help me fix this situation, they said no one, you signed the paperwork. Couldn’t even get ahold of a supervisor. Looked at my bank account today, guess what…$300 randomly got taken from resource one. I’m literally loosing sleep thinking about having to call them. Do your self a favor, do your research on best banks, I’ll bet my negative bank account (thanks to resource one for randomly taking the rest of my money) that resource one isn’t on it. Update: resource one fcu called me and personally apologized for their fees that I had to pay, they made it right. They understood that some some of their fees might have been hidden or at least not clearly spelled out. In the end, I was upset at first, but they did make everything right.
