The instructors know what they're doing. If you want authentic dancing this is the place to be. Currently taking Brazilian Samba! Sweat comes as a bonus!

Love the energy and the intensity of the different kind of dances. Great cardio if you want to get it shape and also stress relieving atmosphere!

No cumbia as a class. You can find a lot of Cumbia in Zumba fitness classes.
