Staff is never helpful, line is always long- but there are plenty of employees ignoring the line to bring more product into an already packed store. Prices are OK but most items are pretty used. Store is disgusting.

Horrible experience today. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I sold clothes today and they shorted me $10 When I told them this the woman made me feel stupid and like I was lying. She said in a snarky comment “we have to check the cameras” then rolled her eyes. I said okay I’ll just wait. Then she looks at her other employees and says “this is so stupid” literally right in front of me. Then she makes it clear again that she thinks I’m lying about the money, then after watching the video rolls her eyes and says “I guess I’ll give you the money because I can’t tell.”

Usually between $5 and $12 for shirts, and around $16 for jeans. Very affordable, and a lot of times they have sales up to 90% off of those prices. You can take $100 with you and come out loaded with clothes.

Hello, thanks for asking! Masks are required for all customers and employees, and we have reduced store capacity to allow for social distance. We also have social distance markers throughout the store. We perform wellness checks at the beginning of each shift, and have increased cleaning checklists. We also offer curbside services.
It’s hard to say without seeing the boots in person, it really depends on the style. We don’t usually carry the super high stiletto style, they just don’t sell very well for us. But you can bring them in and we’ll take a look!
Hi Leah, our prices are based on style, condition, and original retail value. We pay more for items that have a higher retail value, like Tommy, Champion, American Eagle, etc

Yes. They primarily sell clothing geared for teens and young adults. I'm 37 though and find lots of stuff I wear. I mostly wear Hollister Abercrombie, and Adidas. They have a lot of brands though that are fit for just about any age really.

We carry junior and adult sizes and brands like American Eagle, Pink, Nike, Tommy, Adidas, Vineyard Vines, etc. and so many more!
Hi Michael! Yes we do buy brand name shorts and jeans! We price items based on what their retail value is, so if they are a more expensive brand we will price them accordingly. We usually sell items for about a third of what they sell for new, and we can offer the seller a third of this price. We hope to see you soon!
