I am new to the area and read many reviews for local dry cleaners before deciding on going to Longs. I brought in 4 pairs of pants, 2 sweaters, and a dress on a Saturday and was given a ticket and told I’d pay at pick up. I didn’t think much of it and didn’t think to ask what the cost would be as I’m pretty familiar with taking my clothes to the dry cleaner. That said, you should have seen the look on my face when I picked up my clothes and they told me the total was $87!! In a state of of shock, I paid, not knowing what else to do- The service had already been provided. To make matters worse, when I got home, one of my cashmere sweaters seems to have been burned. It is a complete different texture than the other (no longer soft to the touch) as if it was pressed by a large iron and had the fuzziness singed off. I’m disappointed and feel manipulated. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.

I absolutely love this place!!! 😍 I took an item that had chewing gum on it and they got all the gum out of the garden and laid it out!!! Longs is my bestir now. Lol

We don't use plastic hangers, but we'll take them and send them to recycling for you. However, you might try donating them to some organization that could use them as part of their programs to help those in need with used clothing. John, owner
