I contacted the owner Natalie to inquire on shredding for my company. I wasn't sure how many boxes I had, and had requested a quote. Natalie not only provided me a detailed quote, but also a detailed summary on what is acceptable and what isn't for shredding. Natalie, kept in contact with me for the whole time it took me to sort out which boxes to shred. She was very helpful and attentive to our potential needs as well as offering expertise. Due to the amount of the shredding I had, Natalie scheduled (2) Shred Trucks to come for my appointment! The drivers were clean cut, all decked out in their Proshred Uniforms, identification clearly worn, and their customer service??? PHENOMENAL!!! Friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked together as a team. I can't wait to call on them again for a shredding!!!
