There was a lot of good, but the negative parts of our stay make this a place we will not return to again. Room itself was nice. Clean. But the staff at check in were less than eager to help. We were charged a $50 fee for damages or incidentals *just in case*. Will be watching our credit card statement to be sure it was removed. Took photos of previous room damage to be able to prove our family did not damage the walls. Our family of six was given 3 towels in our room. When I went to request more, they were given grudgingly. I had to return at a separate time to request towels for the pool (because they are only allowed to give out so many at once??). Wash rags were never given, as they can only be obtained in the morning from the cleaning crew? Really?!? Pool is a good size and was decently clean. But again, no towels unless requested. No heater in the pool, so it is chilly, even after a hot summer day. Breakfast is continental, as stated online—cold cereal, pre packaged donuts or muffins, lukewarm watered down juice. Nothing hot or fresh. Just okay. Will not return.

Booked a suite with 3 beds. As soon as we walked in we noticed it was very dirty and a lot of things were wrong. I took pictures as evidence in case they tried to charge me for it. The ceiling, walls, and furniture were all either damaged or dirty. Some lights weren’t working along with the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Had a pair of towels and half a roll of toilet paper, and when I asked for more at the desk it seemed a little uncomfortable as if it was an inconvenience for them. After our stay I was charged 35 dollars and was never told what for or given the money back even when I showed them all the photos that I took. We literally checked in at 9pm ate then went to sleep and left the next morning. So disappointed with this place, wish google would let me post the pictures i took

The lady in the office was RUDE, they didn’t give me any extra towels to go swimming plus enough for the people we reserved the room for & they charged me the $50 deposit for a dirty towel they emailed me a picture of that didn’t come out of my room. The sheets had stains. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STAYING HERE! IM REPORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU YOU WONT GET AWAY WITH KEEPING DEPOSITS AND MAKING UP LIES ANYMORE. NO WONDER THEY ONLY HAVE 2 STARS *Update- the manager is harassing me and calling me from his cell phone for leaving a bad review. That dirty towel didn’t come from my room & last time I checked you don’t have to return the keys to the office when you check out

Positive: It was close to where we was playing ball. Negative: Yes. The front desk person was hard to understand. The pool was not open. The toilet seat was broken. The a.c. unit was loud and hardly worked. They front doors was loud, so all you heard was banging. The fridge verily kept our stuff cold. Breakfast bad.
