The room that we stayed in was not cleaned prior to our checking in. There was dust on all the furniture, the floor had not been vacuumed, the handles on the cabinet drawers were sticky, and there was a horrible order in the room that we could not get ride of. I gave only 3 stars

I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, and absolutely loved it. It is in a nice safe , quiet area and is several blocks from a shopping area. The rooms have kitchenettes with dishes. The amenities, customer service, quality of rooms, cleanliness, and price are excellent I highly recommend this place.

Positive: The front desk allowed me an early checkin even though they were extremely busy. She was very attentive and helpful. Also the room was nice and very clean.

Positive: The room was spacious and clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Negative: I had requested a hotel with free breakfast. There was no breakfast offered at all. The internet did not work for me. Both of these elements were part of my parameters for choosing a hotel. Also, I did not realize there would be a pet fee.
