Wow what a nice hotel everything is you expect you'll never find a hand dryer in a nice hotel such as this or a freaking coffee pot where's the coffee pot? Any nice hotels supposed to have a coffee pot or refreshments that you can get to because travelers are weary! It was a very nice Mystic Fair I loved everything and everybody beautiful and I expect to go again! And Holiday inn welcome to the open arms and I'm very glad to have been there such a nice beautiful building and the Staff funny, receptive and incredible!

Legitimately one of the least customer friendly hotels I have ever seen. Hosting a bunch of soccer teams, which I understand can be stressful, but turn after turn it felt like no one was welcome. Originally told our team would have access to a conference room for a team dinner for an hour one night then hotel staff said it would cost $2,500 (LOL!!!) for the room plus have to buy food from them. This resulted in multiple large groups just eating pizza off of tables in the lobby area, blocking regular hotel guests. We are 99.9% sure the hotel staff made up that someone threw up in the pool to clear it out. We had multiple kids say that no one got sick, but staff closed the pool down for the night? One family had to change rooms because their HVAC wasn’t working. Saving graces; rooms in the newer section were pretty clean and well appointed and breakfast was good!

I've been here twice and it was clean and comfortable. Noisy room above us, but no fault to the hotel or staff. Love the hot tub and thinking about ordering the pillows online. So comfy!

My family and I had an amazing experience! We stayed in the suites and it was great! Plenty of space and lights with a good view. Everything was great except the computer system they have. I paid every morning and the machine said on my last day I needed to pay for 2 nights but I showed the front desk my records and they completely understood. Once I left the holiday Inn tried to charge me through Expedia and I denied it. I am very precise with my numbers and money so I know it wasn't on my end. The staff are great but watch your account when your staying there just to be safe. Other than that it's great.
