I stayed here because we were required to for a soccer tournament. So many issues. We booked with the soccer block of rooms and then our reservation was canceled for no reason. I was told I'd get 10% off the full price room for being a Hilton rewards member. They canceled that and said all of the Hilton rewards member discounts were taken for the nights we booked. We ended up paying over $500 for a king suite for 2 nights. Our first room had ants that started crawling on me while I was resting. We switched rooms and they upgraded us, but the bathroom shower had hair from the previous guest all over and the bar of soap they used. They did upgrade us for free at the room switch, but I would NEVER stay at this hotel if I wasn't required to for the soccer club.

The Hampton Inn was a great experience. The staff was very nice when we arrived and every time we went to the store to get snacks. They do have a great selection of snacks and drinks that you can take back to your room. The hotel is one of the nicest Hamptons I’ve ever been in. The lobby was very clean the rooms were very put together as well and we liked the openness of the drawers for clothes.

I brought in my small sales team for a couple days of meetings and team building. I've rarely worked with a better, more helpful and professional staff than I did at this Hampton Inn, in S. Overland Park! Plus the rooms are really nice - a bunch of positive comments from my sales team! I worked with the sales manager, first name Rafraf (yes, Rafraf - one of the coolest names ever, and she was just as cool as her name!). She went out of her way to make sure everything was just the way we wanted and needed it. I was really impressed and thankful for how we were treated! GREAT JOB!

Great location. Clean room and very quiet from floors above and within the hallways. Great breakfast in the mornings and staff I had interactions with were all great. Would definitely stay again.
