My husband booked this hotel using his points since he is a diamond status with the Hilton honors program. He travels on a weekly basis and typically doesn't stay at this location which he will definitely not do in the future or recommend anyone else to. After traveling all day and checking in at 10:30 at night, he was astonished to be given a room that was dirty. He requested another room by the front desk clerk who told him that the beds are made that way and will not be able to get another room. Not only was he unable to get another room they also refused to give him a refund. My husband left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. Dirty rooms and poor customer service is what you will experience if you book at this hotel.

We are Diamond members and we are extremely disappointed with our stay. We have stayed here 3x in the past. This most recent stay was awful and as a result we will NOT be staying here again. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows are worn out. The dishes were put away dirty and there was no conditioner and only one bar of soap for our family. The coffee was cold when we got there at 6PM and the next morning at 5AM it was still cold and believe it was the same from the night before. The front desk clerk was on her phone while we’re packing our car to leave and never looked up from her phone. There were dirty dishes laying around but I guess that wasn’t her job nor is making sure we the guests had a nice stay. We won’t be returning. We travel this route along with many of our family members and friends to our home in Colorado. We will be sharing with all of them not to book here. You lost a Diamond member.

The staff here at home2Suites in Overland Park have been wonderful. As someone who Practically lives out of a suitcase, I know what it’s like to go through ups and downs of hotel rooms due to a career on the road. Let me just say this hotel has been nothing but of wonderful. The halls are quiet, rooms are noise proof. The whole place smells good! My favorite part is, they even have a hot plates and all the utensils and cookware that you can imagine to make your stay feel even more like home. Thank you guys for making this trip seamless for my colleagues and I.

The rooms are very spacious, but were not very clean. This hotel has limited parking near the doors so you must park in the back and walk to the front. The breakfast was nice and had lots of items.
