Has a pretty expansive selection, lots of great stuff for most crafting needs. They seem to be going through some staffing issues though. Many sections aren't priced. Hangers aren't aligned well, causing items to overlap and clutter the aisles. Staff seems overwhelmed and under trained. More than one employee couldn't help me with basic questions about Cricut items, and ultimately I ended up giving up and going to Michael's instead.

Went in on q busy Sunday morning and Reilly was super efficient at handling the long line but was also maintaining a very polite and friendly attitude! Just needed to let SOMEONE know they’re doing a great job!

We found everything we were looking for and the place was well stocked. The book section is large, but is not organized at all. My wife had trouble finding the book she needed.

I first want to say how wonderful their customer service is!!! As soon as you enter the establishment you’re greeted by someone with a smile a welcome to Joanns and a can I help you find anything today. The store is easy to navigate and the supply is great! I visited with 3 of my coworkers in hopes to find some fun decor for the Halloween party I found a few pieces and had asked an associate for a price verification and she was eager to help and even helped us find some more fun matching decor! The prices here were pretty fair in my opinion I will definitely be going back for some more holiday decorations!
