MIke and his crew provided excellent- quality service. I needed tires on my son's car before he headed back to college. My usual mechanic was two weeks out. New England Tire squeezed me in same day. I was so pleased I brought my car in the next day for brakes. I'm extremely satisfied - with the customer service, professionalism and quality. Highly recommend.

My 20 daughter had a flat tire and brought the damaged tire here (it is close to our house), hoping it could be fixed. It couldn't and given that it was a holiday weekend, and she did not want to drive around on an older donut tire, she agreed to have a new tire put on. (Unfortunately, I was at work and could not be reached). Robert Hastings charged her $200 for a basic tire. The base price of the tire is $90, and he charged her $154 and an additional $16 for an unnecessary Road Hazard plan- $80 more than was necessary. This was the first time my child had to deal with something like this, and he obviously took her as an easy mark. I have heard that this service center 'used to be good back in the day' but now apparently price gauging is part of their business plan. I HIGHLY recommend Melvin's Tire Pro, especially the Johnston location. They are ethical and fairly priced. In the decade we have done business with them, we have never had an issue such as this. And now I am off to file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General's office.

Mike has been an amazing peace of mind. I met him at Monroe. He has always made sure my car is good for my safety to get to work. I depend a lot on my car to get to work. I have been going to mike for almost 3 years and he never fails to get the job done ! Good price for the parts great attitude. My work schedule is so busy. When I make an appointment his word on how long it would take is always on point… I’m always satisfied thank you so much Mike for making life a little easier on me. I have a great mechanic I can depend on as a woman that’s hard to find I appreciate you. I definitely recommend my friends and families to go to New England tire in Warwick great customer service.
