I am also wondering about this and have contacted Rep. Ciccilini to no avail. Very frustrating.

I need to schedule an appointment and I just says no appointments available, are they doing virtual?

When I called they informed me that they are not doing interviews due to COVID-19 and short staffing. You'll need to schedule at another location, walk-ins aren't an option at the majority of sites. Each person to be seen needs an appointment. You can book online for multiple people in a visit.

my wife and I have been conditionally approved for global entry. Now trying schedule an appointment in warwick for 10/9, (shows available). When I choose the date, the system defaults to America/ New York, instead of Warwick RI (which I chose) Help?
