Yummy!! I had a chicken bowl, and the Adoba chicken is just so tasty! Love the pickled onions and extra cilantro too. Don't have to pay extra for guacamole!

Probably one of the most awkward experiences I’ve ever had. The gentleman who started preparing my food after three minutes of just standing there, while they weren’t busy, came from the back and didn’t even change his gloves after watching him scrape stuff out of a bowl he took to the back. After slopping my food into the bowl he rang me up and just stared at me while keep his hand over the receipt.

On a employment perspective they absolutely treat their employees like trash. The district manager gives people's jobs away for no reason at all. And I was basically just used while they were low staffed and then tossed around everywhere. I'm from California trust me I'm quite aware of what the district manager is doing. The fact that everyone he's put in the store is Latino seems a bit suspicious in my opinion being that he is Latino himself. It just made me find a new job that will hopefully treat me equally and not have my job taken from me because of my ethnicity. The company can't even afford the wage they pay people. I make more than a shift manager at an opening position at cheesecake factory.

Pros: 1) Compared to other similar create-your-own burrito/taco/etc places, base prices are better and you only get charged extra for meat 2) Very nice building 3) Friendly staff 4) Good quality/flavor ingredients Cons: 1) Seemed to be a bit short staffed at Sunday lunch (possibly one of the two employees was training the other?). Resulted in food cooling off a bit before we got it. 1b) Second trip that was ~6 months later also showed that they had too little staff 2) I had mentioned Pinto Beans, but ended up with black beans - no biggie since I like both, but still a potential ding for customers 3) Second trip had a slightly concerning moment - we ordered a wheat burrito, and the employee took the top wheat tortilla and chucked it into the trash can. And then grabbed the tortilla under it. I can only guess that the top one was contaminated somehow, but makes me worry about whether there’s anything else with mold/bugs/issues on it
