Bought a Torta and it was great! Bought nachos with quac and it was TERRIBLE! Looks like bad watered down upchuck (Pic). Quac needs work!

The dining room is not open, but drive thru is open 24 hours. They have some of the best authentic tacos.

Went through the drive thru and bought 3 breakfast burritos one no eggs, all 3 had eggs. Called them multiple times right away and no answer, not the first time this happens but it was the last one. Came back the next day and the lady said it wasn’t her fault, it was the cook she said. Didn’t want to make it again unless I brought the burrito back, even though she remembered me. I know customer service is not what they are known for but to lose a frequent customer over a burrito…gotta do better for the people that keeps you in business.

Got myself a shredded beef combo and a flan for dessert. I might have been more lenient but when I was charged 18.09, I have to get serious. The call it a shredded beef combo, but you dont get a drink with it which is odd. The burritos were sad. A little warm, and the burritos were an inch of uncooked tortilla with a thin layer of shredded beef and peppers. It was hard to eat in my car, because I was only given a plastic fork to eat it. The beef was unseasoned and the peppers didnt have a hint of proper cooking. My guess would be that the burrito was microwaved. The beans and rice were bland as well. I would bet that the beans came from a can. The flan was good, I might even say homemade. 5 dollars might be a good price for it but the bad burritos left me in a sad state.
