Typical MV nasty attitudes from workers acting like they're not getting paid, they hate their job & you're an inconvenience. 2nd time & last time. Rather spend time & gas going anywhere but there again.

They do this every time. There is NEVER an attempt. They just a say they attempted and then they drop it off at Walgreens. It's ridiculous and disappointing.
I concur. I am trying to figure this one out myself. It is an ongoing problem where they do not even enter your apartment building. They leave the door tags in the lobby. Complaints to supervisors do not lead to improved service either.
Why is that Fed Ex allows these lazy drivers to continue working for them when they dont do there job right. UPS never has issues with my delivery and Fed Ex drivers dont even attempt to make delivery.

You can go with your tracking number. The reason why they don't deliver to the Bronx its because this location is for FedEx express. The Bronx location only has regular FedEx. This is what the worker there had told me.
What happened to my package to you have to call the company they will reimburse you the money back lots of FedEx company the place you ordered the parcel from
I believe calling the 1/800/number or google theirs... I usually drive there

I need to have a package delivered to your location and I want to pick it up from there. What is the procedure? I don't want to have the package put on a truck for delivery and I do not want to have to chase the package around.

But I would call, give them th tracking number, and tell them that you want the package to be held at the ship center location for pick up. I know UPS does it, I dont see why FedEx wouldn't be able to.
