Very unhelpful-- when my amazon email wouldn't open to the QR code, they said had no wifi & when I said I see a guest network they would not provide a password. Not customer friendly!

ABSOLUTELY 110% DISGUSTING ! The elderly Lady that is in charge at this office is EXTREMELY OUTSTANDINGLY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. I was a customer at this location and I witness that lady being SO nasty and rude to a customer that called in with an inquiry. The Lady was talking down to the customer, yelling not allowing the customer to state their problem, then she hung up on said customer. I just walked out because NO WAY DO I WANT SOMEONE LIKE THAT HANDLING MY MAIL. SHE WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTING AND I WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY HER BEHAVIOR TOWARDS A PAYING CUSTOMER ! I’ve witness this elderly woman’s nasty actions before, but today I couldn’t stand and watch her talk to an ups customer like that, simply for having an inquiry ?! Absolutely not !

Yes. But only certain days a week. Call to check the days with them. Banks provide the service for free.
