Lost job because stupid automated machine wasn't working right and no cashier in site. Closing my Lowes card and spending my money somewhere else. The machine are horrible. Kept giving different amounts after putting money in.

I spent over $800 on an in store order for delivery that never showed up. I called to confirm delivery on the date it was scheduled. It still never showed. This is not the first time. It took multiple calls because customer service would pick up and hang up their phones. Then no one would put the order in for another delivery date. I have a contractor scheduled to use the items on Monday, but I don't have the items. This is not the first time I've had this issue, the managers won't help it even speak to you. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else

Needed to return an item that I put on my credit card but was told they have a ten day return policy that I have never heard of. The lady told me the only thing she could do is to give me an in-store credit so I accepted it. I wonder how many other people don't know about the ten day to return policy and why they couldn't simply credit my Lowe's credit card.
