just read the other reviews. How can there be 7 employees and 4 guests and the wait will still be 45 min on the short side. It's always the same song and dance at this location. At this point T mobile the brand looks bad i don't even want to go back for my watch just keep it SMH!!!

This location is a joke. Purchased a new phone and the guy was supposed to put me down on the trade in promotion and forgot to. So when it came time to return my old phone there was never a return label sent out for shipping. I called online and said all I could do was do the process all over again and return the new iPhone I had just bought. So o did that all because some guy didn’t know how to do a sale. Then I went in to connect and the new phone all over again and there was another 3 hour wait because they were short staffed. Explained the situation to the manager and wasn’t able to help. So overview, I spent a total of 6 hours and a few days of my time to purchase a new phone.

Worst T-Mobile store I've ever visited. Terrible customer service. The employees here have no understanding of what it means to uphold the T-Mobile brand. This store is the opposite of "un-carrier" messaging. So disappointing.

Right from the start this location was better than the location we went to last time. I didn't catch the first gentleman's name but very friendly and asked what we were looking to do. Then Tara helped us out getting us our new phones which wasn't even the plan for the trip it was just a question answering trip but we had a idea of the phone we wanted and that is what we walked out with. She was extremely friendly even though I am a penny pincher still took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. This location was worth all 5 stars! Thanks to the whole team and Tara. Sprint customers definitely will feel appreciated to be joining T-Mobile here.
