Leona was awesome she helped us pick new phones and explained everything to us. She also transferred all of our stuff from old phones to the new ones time's 2 at the same time ..she's definitely a star in our books and looking forward to seeing her again if needed to help us not so phone smart people...

As a former AT&T customer, I am not impressed with anything AT&T, except for today. I came in looking for a product and a wonderful employee named ANNE helped me. She was marvelous! She took everything I said into consideration, and gave me sound advice. That is exactly what I was looking for. She did not try to over sell or under sell. I believe she is the best employee that I have run into for at least the last five years!

For years I have been with the Yellow and Magenta company. I must say that even the people in the store are friendlier at AT&T than they are at Sp/TMo. Made an appointment early in the day. Arrived early only had to wait a little while. Dawnneta was the person to help me. Very friendly, kind, and relatable. Very happy with my decision to switch over. Thanks!
