Would not recommend, arrived at 12:07, left at 1:25. Only had one car in front of me.I was only getting a oil change just as the same as the other customers because I was informed the lift was down and that was all they could do. A car pulled up behind me when the tech was just about to work on my car and the customer got out and pulled him to the side and said he just had a question, that’s fine but he should of said I will be right with you after my current customer, instead he went back with the customer and was looking under his hood for over 20 minutes while I had already been there for almost a hour at that point. Nobody else could do anything, he was the only tech that could do the work. They did not apologize or anything for the wait and the tech. I’m not even sure if my oil was changed correctly. They need more than just one tech that can do what needs to be done and be more respectful of customers time.

Assume you guys still do great work, and I can remove this review if needed, but you need to update your hours online. I didn't check your hours for the rest of the week but online it says you're open on Sundays. Might want to update it because other people might get more frustrated than I did!

Drove in or thru for an oil change last week cause I couldn't get into the dealership and was going out of town! Used an online couponfor $10 off. Seemed great till less than 10 miles down the road my Engine Light came on! Car was cutting out and running rough. Went back, Supervisor read the code and said it had nothing to do with their service. FIL looked at it layer and the dipstick wasn't in all the way and the oil cap was loose. Ohad sprayed all I've my engine and inside my Car! Do not trust even for an emergency situation! Even given the chance they didn't even open the hood to ensure quality of work. Just opened the garage door and waved me out

Excellent service. Thank you Jordan, you’re very patient. Love the drive-through service without having to request it, and I’m glad that you guys understand how important that is to people. Prompt service, and very accurate with who came first taking them in order as we arrived. Three of us arrived before opening and they serviced us in the order in which we arrived.
