The Customer service is outstanding very friendly and helpful. I actually spoke with one of the owners, that walked me through the online ordering process, he was patient and helpful. Not only is the customer service great the ice cream and the ice cream cakes are delicious, everything at Cold Stone is delicious !

The people that served us are always super nice. If you keep it simple or do one of their mixes it wont cost a lot. But overall a lot of different stuff to pick from and also have ice cream cakes there.

First time visit to this Cold Stone Creamery location. First I attempted to place my order online using a gift card however, the website was having issues. I had to drive all the way to this location to place my order. The service line was extremely long which was okay because I figure it would be worth the wait. I had three customized (quart size) ice cream orders. Each order had to be specially made because certain people were allergic to certain items. Placing my order was easy I had everything wrote down (even the prices were figured out). The problem occured once I received my order. When I arrived home and opened my bag, I realized the ice cream was inside of containers.....without any type of descriptions or markings on them. Therefore, I had no way of knowing what type of ice cream was inside the containers. Even when I opened the containers (with gloves on) I was still unable to figure out which ice cream was which. They looked similar and I did not want to take a chance and give the wrong flavor to someone who is allergic to a certain topping. In the end, I just threw the ice cream in the back of my freezer and went out to Dairy Queen and purchased customized (labeled) ice cream quart's. In the future, I will go to Dairy Queen from now on. Very disappointed that the customer service representative did not take the time to label the containers. It does not matter how busy a place is. When it comes to the amount of money that this company charges for their ice cream they should be kissing the ground that customers walk on. My experience was just not worth the almost $40.00 dollars spent. I appreciate you for taking time out to read my review. Please respect my opinion.

Admittedly my order was a little weird , at first the worker adamantly refused to give me cake frosting on top . Luckily the manager was running on the register and when I asked in he final hour he came through. I also think it cost me like 2-3$ but well worth it and would buy again 10/10!
