Such a wonderful experience with John! He was so responsive, flexible and helpful with reserving and switching for a weather appropriate option!! So many options to choose from! We did will-call which was fast and easy! The unit easily fit in our car and setup/take down was a breeze with the great instructions! We will definitely use again!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We had a confirmed reservation with another bounce house company who flaked on us 30 minutes before the start of our child’s party. I called Bounce House NW and explained the situation. I knew it was an absolute long shot but it so happened that John was near the warehouse which was close to our home and he was able to get a bounce house to us within 30 minutes. The kids loved watching him put it up. I loved the care he took to clean and sanitize it on site and that he clearly knew how important this day was to our daughter and wanted to help. He even texted me afterwards to ask if they were having fun. John truly went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. He literally saved the day!! Absolutely the best customer service with a caring attitude! Thank you!!!

This was our first time ever renting a bounce house! We needed a fun way to celebrate the kiddos bday during COVID Quarantine. We are so thankful we went with BounceHouse NW and met John! He made the whole process safe, simple and smooth! Set up and take down we’re quick and hassle free. Communication throughout was great!
