those apartments after Aleena left they’re not good apartments anymore, only person was run them very professional is Aleena and her dad , all people now in the office are very rude and racist they treat you like slave if I can give them under zero star I will do. Aleena was super nice manager she help everyone, everyone was so happy when she was there after she left the apartments so bed the management more then bad nothing make you happy or to stay live there I want to tell the owner of Campo Basso Apartments you should bring good people like Aleena and her dad not rude and racist people like what you have now .

Prior to inquiring w Campo, I have applied at a low-income apt (told me my income was too high) and an average apt (told me my income was too low). I’ve checked few other apts but communication was lacking, and I was getting hopeless. When I entered Campo’s leasing office, I was immediately greeted and assisted by Fatma. I was more impressed they honored their operation hours and was still able to accommodate me few mins before closing. She was very informative w all my questions about the units and application. I kept in contact w Fatma throughout the process and let me tell you, she was always on it w answering the phone, responding immediately to my emails, and working through technical difficulties. Compared to all the other 5 apartments I’ve inquired with, Fatma made everything a breeze! I hope higher ups actually read this because this woman definitely deserves a raise! She was very efficient and professional throughout. You can just tell she works her best at what she does. Truly thankful it was her who assisted me and made everything possible for me to find a place considering my financial situation <3. As for the unit I’m in, it’s clean, spacious, peaceful, and on the corner with a lot of privacy! I’ve also encountered Claudia and maintenance at the office a couple times, and they were terrific as well.

I have been living here for 1yr now and I can't complain. The apartments are fairly spacious, the management is very understanding and responsive. Maintenance gets their work done on time when needed. I recommend checking them out.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!! I've been here for about a year now, and this is by far the most disorganized property I have ever lived at. There are multiple extremely rude office workers, who will literally lie to your face about things. I had one lady INSIST that I had to sign a move-in checklist before I had ever even seen my apartment. She told me that I wouldn't receive my keys if I did not sign a paper saying I had seen the inside of the apartment, when I hadn't. She insisted that she had already checked the apartment....but upon walking in, it was clear that there was no way that she could of since we had a huge washer and dryer in our apartment that we were told a dozen times, wasn't there. On top of the customer service issues, this place cares 0% about your safety. There was an apartment in the building that had 13 people, smoking meth and heroin, and it took almost 4 months and 20 fire alarms going off for them to do anything. The parking-lot is a crazy mess. Between the drug dealers that hang out in their parked cars all night, and the dozens of cars that end up being left for months at a time, you will never find a parking spot. There is a car that is front of my building where the engine has literally fallen out and is visibly on the ground.....and it's been there for over a month. In addition, the dog-park is about as dangerous as possible during rainy times (so most of the year). The whole park is an entire mud pit that is impossible to walk around. Better yet, they put poop bags at the top of an extremely muddy hill that you can't walk up. I've brought up the issue of the dog park at least 3 times to management, asking for them to at least put gravel on the walkway, but have been blown off every time....... Save yourself the grief and pick a different apartment in the area. This one is not worth your frustration.
