Customer service general sucks. The employees seem really unhappy which usually is a sign of bad management who don’t treat their employees well. Tickets are marked up way too high due to the fact they call it a “luxury experience” because they have reclining chairs and food delivery to your seat. Honestly give me the old fashioned seats, reasonably priced soda, candy, popcorn and food and reasonably priced tickets and I would consider going back to the movies again but with so many theaters converting to luxury theaters you won’t find be back again

I thought the theater experience was over for me until I discovered this place. Wonderfully courteous, helpful, and professional staff are amazing. Popcorn is delicious and the “bottomless” option (paired with soda) is very reasonably priced. I didn’t try the food but I heard people around me saying it was wonderful. $5 alcoholic drinks on Sundays is unbeatable. This is the ONLY way to see a theater worthy movie! I will be back!

Absolutely loved it. My wife brought me here randomly for a date night to Lost City and the experience was awesome. The service was good and the food was as well. They could work on a better selection of non alcoholic beverages though. My wife is pregnant and her options were underwhelming to say the least.

This is a high class movie theater. I believe it is great for adults. It's very comfortable and the service is exceptional. This movie theater has alcohol and good malt milk shakes. Endless popcorn which is nice. Don't bring your own beverages or candy here waitresses and waiters are exceptional like I said before. Full menu of food no children menu. Adults
